He built his life across industries, but the spark was always there: a love for the craft of dining, for the hum of a restaurant in full swing. Today, that spirit carries forward. The next generation has taken up the mantle, shaping Mandaro Hospitality around the same principles Frank lived by: grit, discipline, and an unwavering belief in the power of food to bring people together.

Alex is a hospitality operator and entrepreneur dedicated to building exceptional experiences that combine quality and connection. He currently operates Spritz, a contemporary American restaurant in Stuart, Florida, where his focus on culture, consistency, and operational excellence has earned a loyal following.
Driven by a vision to grow a family of hospitality ventures across South Florida, Alex leads with a disciplined, people-first approach, developing strong teams, cultivating thoughtful growth, and ensuring that every guest experience reflects care and integrity.
